With our 2020 dbS Upgrade one of the new features is the ability to add color marking to select entries. Below is a detailed Legend for your reference:

As per LEGEND on pedigree pages:

  • 123 red 
    • new records
      • this color is not typically seen
  • 123 orange
    • DM/n
      • DM Normal via testing, or
      • DM Normal via parentage
  • 123 yellow
    • TESTED
      • at least one test recorded
      • hips, elbows, heart, eyes, thyroid, tli, or dm
      • does not include holter test
  • 123 lt green
    • OTX
      • original outcrosses, or 
      • on litter record; OTX1 generation
  • 123 aqua
    • STUD
      • proven, tested, future, emeritus
      • will include yellow mark if tested
  • 123 blue
    • HOLTER s/d
      • on litter record
      • both sire and dam holtered prior to breeding
    • CHIC
      • on individual record
      • when combined with yellow
      • CHIC is OFA designation when testing includes hips, elbows, heart, DM and is displayed in their public database
  • 123 violet
    • HIPS-Excellent
      • OFA Excellent (prelim or final), or
      • PennHip (both hips 0.25 or less)
  • 123 pink
    • HOLTER
      • holter test submitted, or
      • holter results on website or in public post
      • on litter record, 100% holter tested litter

Color Factored: Whites & Blacks (shows up with either sire or dam designation)

  • White(1) = white sire or dam

  • Black(2) = sired blacks
  • Black(d) = dna shows as carrier
